The entire process of creating 3D badges is completed in-house at our Birmingham premises. The process begins with our talented tool maker creating the intricate tools required for your individual badge design, then we engineer your bespoke 3D badges with the upmost care in order to retain the high-quality and fine details within the design. 

Our 3D badges can be cast in zinc and pewter or stamped in copper depending on your design and budget. These badges have the added benefit of being able to maintain their detailed design by using an antique finish to highlight focal points.
